Peggy porches known as the insta sensation; we see this famous pink cafe in its seasonal glory with its beautiful pink exterior and festive interior. I had the opportunity to go visit this magical patisserie in London. And I have to admit all the hype and pictures you see on Instagram do not do it justice on how beautiful and magical it is. My friend and I were planning on visiting this famous patisserie for months so as we were walking towards it, the excitement that followed when we saw it from a distance just reminded me of being a child again.

The store was decorated in beautiful festive decorations with pink and silver ornaments. The tiny gingerbread man and deer’s that we’re on the wreaths were just so beautiful and admirable! I probably spent majority of the time taking pictures because I did not want to miss a single part of the cafe. But the actual experience was also just as pleasing as the decor. For instance, when we got there we got so into the decor we spent a good fifteen minutes just taking pictures of the patisserie.

We then realized that there was a line but to my surprise the line was not that long and my friend and I just had to wait thirty minutes. The line also consisted of taking pictures and thanks to the blankets they provided for their outdoor seating we wrapped ourselves up in them whilst we waited in the cold weather. We were then were seated and were surrounded by delicious treats from gingerbread houses to cookies that you could purchase and take home as well as recipe books and cookie cutters.

Other than their super cute merchandise the interior was decorated with beautiful Christmas trees and lights that just made the atmosphere just so cozy.

To make the picture taking addiction even worse we were given these super cute menus that were so simple yet reminded me of a cute little corner cafe in Paris. The menu itself only consisted of two pages, but those two pages were more than enough to make the decision on what to choose hard enough.

As we sat there after a good fifteen minutes of making the hardest decision of that trip; we finally made our minds up and decided to order a slice of salted caramel cake and a festive chocolate cupcake with a latte. The wait for the desserts was not long at all and the overall bill was surprisingly cheap! When the desserts arrived they were super cute and festive with the tiny snowflakes and baubles; delicious too.

I have to admit, that my overall experience was just mesmerizing and I can’t wait to go back again. But maybe this time in a different season, I’d just love to see how they decorate it next!
