Studio Blog #2

Hi my loves! So this week has been a treat! I’ve just been so in my element and been so inspired by everything! I’m so excited that my prints are coming along really well, I’ve been creating a vast range of digital prints and new illustrations that I know will excite you all! And I can’t wait to release them all next Friday 5/3/19! I’ll post a little picture with as a little sneak peak below! The week did start off a bit slow as I was just tweaking some old illustrations I’d drawn in the previous weeks and having have finally competed them I was able to go on a creative adventure and create a beautiful amount of fun and girly prints too! 

Other than creating new prints I’ve been going through excitement and a little bit of fear of attending the first ever Go Wild Shop Summit this coming up Wednesday! I’ve been thinking that it’s going to be my very first time attending a planner event. So for all of those attending for the first time with me I’ve created a few pointers in which we can prepare ourselves for the event!  

These are a few pointers that will help me personally and may defer to your own personal preference but I thought there’s no harm in sharing!

- Create a portfolio of all your amazing products you sell or provide so that everyone can get a feel of what you do.

- Do not forget to bring a business card or contact card so that all the new people you meet will have a way to keep in touch with you.

- Bring a few sample products that you can gift your favourite inspirational shop owners as well as extra product gifts from your store to share with any new friends you make!

-Try finding a cute bag in which you can organise all your stuff in so that when the tie comes you’re not panicking and everything is exactly where you need it!

- Enjoy yourselves and have an amazing time! We’re all going to be in the same boat so don’t be scared x
